We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to help ensure the highest standards of service quality across Champion's operations. In this role, you'll monitor internal and vendor performance, analyze customer feedback, support quality certifications, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

 

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about quality. You'll work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement, maintain compliance standards, and support operational excellence.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of ISO 9001, FIDI-FAIM, and C-TPAT certifications.
  • Manage quality documentation, procedures, records, and certification-related requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance, assist with vendor onboarding and evaluations, and address quality concerns with service providers.
  • Review quality surveys, investigate customer feedback, and coordinate resolution of service issues.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding service concerns and quality-related matters.
  • Manage corrective and preventive action processes (CPARs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare quality reports and communicate performance results to internal teams and vendors.
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and operational teams to improve reporting capabilities and quality metrics.
  • Support claims and insurance-related processes, including claims tracking, escalation management, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Provide backup support for departmental functions as needed.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance, logistics, relocation services, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ISO, FIDI-FAIM, C-TPAT, vendor management, or quality reporting is a plus.
